so i mentioned that my three groups do not interact with each other, however last i was reminded of one thing that we all do: karaoke night at the hoegaarden.
the hoegaarden is a little bar across the street from the university. it is never open when i go by there except for wednesday nights. it is the thing to do (the only thing on a wednesday night). all of the kids show up at 10pm when it starts and we don't leave until after midnight. it is the only thing to do at night... and everyone goes.
this is the only time i see everyone getting along. each group still sits together, but all of our tables are next to each other. everyone somewhat stops by every table to talk to each other. we also cheer for each other when we go sing. i don't sing... ever. the other good thing about karaoke night is that we get to see all the other students that are not a part of a group. it is a very good time and i wouldn't change a thing... except for the price of a beer, but what is one to do.
